Job Description

Role Overview

The Senior Backend Executive will be responsible for managing backend operational activities, ensuring accuracy in transaction processing, maintaining MIS reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Advanced Excel, attention to detail, and experience in BFSI or mutual fund operations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend operations related to mutual funds and financial services.
Execute daily transaction processing, documentation verification, and system updates.
Prepare, maintain, and audit MIS reports using Advanced Excel tools including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and Macros (preferred).
Ensure accurate reconciliation of data across systems and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and process improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
High typing accuracy with strong attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
