Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back-office operations including data entry, record management, and documentation.
Perform data analysis, generate reports, and provide insights to support management decisions.
Work with advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all records and data.
Coordinate with internal departments to collect and consolidate information.
Assist in preparing presentations, business reports, and trackers.
Support management in process automation and efficiency improvements.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot tables, charts, macros preferred).
Good typing speed and accuracy in data handling.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in Commerce/Business/Administration or related field.
1–2 years of experience in back-office operations/MIS/Data Management.
Certification in MS Excel will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
