As part of our expanding sales and client engagement team, we are looking for a polite, proactive and well-spoken executive to handle lead qualification, client follow-ups and data management.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated professional who is confident in client communication, understands the B2B sales cycle and can manage incoming leads efficiently. The role requires strong phone etiquette, data accuracy and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification & Follow-up:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone or email to understand requirements
• Qualify incoming leads based on predefined criteria and update CRM records
• Follow up regularly to maintain client interest and build rapport

Client Communication:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, quotations and meetings
• Assist in scheduling calls, demos or follow-ups as needed

Data Management & Reporting:

• Maintain and update lead and client information in Excel or CRM software
• Track follow-up status, response timelines and communication logs
• Generate weekly reports on lead performance and activity

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or client coordination
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident phone presence with a polite and professional tone
• Familiarity with Excel and basic CRM tools
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
