Job Title: Backend Executive (Telecaller & Data Entry)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Backend Executive who possesses strong data entry and telecalling skills. The ideal candidate should have a good typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to handle backend office operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and CRM systems.
Make outbound and inbound calls to clients/customers for information verification, follow-ups, or coordination.
Maintain and update customer information, records, and reports.
Support daily backend operations and assist in administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth data flow and task completion.
Ensure confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
Generate basic reports and summaries as required by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in backend, telecalling, or data entry role.
Good typing speed (minimum 35–40 wpm preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage work under minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates residing near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred.
Immediate joiners will be an added advantage.
