About Ocean Non Wovens:

Ocean Non Wovens is a leading manufacturer and supplier of geosynthetic products, providing innovative, sustainable solutions for infrastructure, construction and environmental projects across India. As we grow in the domestic market, were looking for a sharp, driven Sales Executive to help us build stronger client relationships and boost local sales.

Position: Sales Executive (Local Market)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client accounts in the local market (Key account management)
• Handle leads efficiently and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, generate reports and manage the sales pipeline
• Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, order processing and delivery follow-ups
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet targets
• Assist with account-related documentation, invoicing and basic financial follow-ups

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of accounts (invoicing, payment terms, credit notes, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated and target-oriented
