Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic candidate to join our growing organisation. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team, driving their performance and ensuring their performance. Candidate should have good communication skills, and a passion for driving results. Monitor team performance metrics, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to team members. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews with team members to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Stay informed about industry developments and competitors' activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Job Timings: 11am - 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
