Perform accurate data entry and maintain company databases.
Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (digital and physical).
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow a communication.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support HR and Finance departments in administrative and operational tasks.
Assist in managing office inventory, supplies, and courier records.
Ensure proper archiving of company documents and data confidentiality.
Follow up with vendors, clients, or departments as required.
- Contribute to process improvements for back-office efficiency.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
