Backend Engineer (SW2) – Remote (India)

What you'll build:

• You'll work across our entire platform stack, building the backend systems that 

power agent coordination at enterprise scale.

• Secure infrastructure: Authentication, identity, and trust systems - thats our DNA.
• Orchestration services : Backend APIs and workflow coordination engines.
• Communication protocols: Messaging, data exchange, and transactions between

distributed systems.

• Discovery systems: Service registries and metadata management.
• High-performance architecture: Scalable systems handling complex distributed 

workloads

What we need:

• 1-5 years backend engineering experience with production systems.
• Strong Development skills (FastAPI, async/await, type hints) - python and rust preferred.
• Security experience: Auth, encryption, or secure APIs.
• Database expertise: PostgreSQL, schema design, performance optimisation.
• Infrastructure knowledge : Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and observability.
• Bonus: Experience with distributed systems, message queues, MCP or agent frameworks
