You will play a key role in developing a high-impact product in its early stages, driving core backend development with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and clean architecture. Requirements Key Responsibilities Work on a disruptive, early-stage product, contributing to its foundation and evolution. Drive backend innovation with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability. Own the entire backend development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing and deployment. Translate complex functional and technical requirements into robust architecture and design. Mentor junior engineers and help shape the team's technical culture and best practices. Contribute to code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering excellence. Collaborate in an agile team environment, taking ownership and initiative. Requirements 3-8 years of hands-on experience in backend product development, architecture, and scalable system design. Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and high-performance code. Passionate about continuous learning and improving engineering processes. Experience in mentoring peers and providing constructive feedback through code reviews. A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
