Your Role: In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our backend architecture and driving performance improvements. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to: • Architect and optimize our backend infrastructure for efficiency and scalability • Develop, test, and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and features from end to end • Leverage advanced Node.js concepts such as event-driven architecture, asynchronous programming, and performance tuning • Integrate databases and design APIs that ensure seamless communication with frontend systems • Tackle complex optimization challenges, ensuring our systems can support millions of active users while maintaining high reliability and speed Ideal Profile: We’re looking for developers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in backend technologies.
