Our team includes AI product leaders from companies like Google, physician executives from major health systems, and more. About the Role We’re looking for a world-class Full Stack Developer who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves building end-to-end products that make a real-world impact. You’ll be a core part of our engineering team, building scalable and performant systems that power our AI clinics. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, designers, and physician leaders to bring innovative products to life for healthcare providers and patients. You’ll own projects end-to-end — from designing architecture to crafting delightful user experiences. You’ll wear many hats. Your responsibilities will fall into three categories: Full-Stack Engineering Design scalable architectures and systems that power our applications. Develop robust, high-performance APIs and services using Node.js . Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript . Own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment. Ensure best practices around performance, security, and reliability. Collaboration & Product Development Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and clinicians to define and deliver new features. Propose, scope, and prioritize new ideas to improve the platform. Develop deep domain expertise in US healthcare to inform engineering and product decisions. Help maintain a high bar for code quality through code reviews, testing, and documentation. AI-Enabled Applications (Bonus) Work alongside our AI engineers to integrate LLM-powered tools into the platform. Build user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven features. Contribute to the evolution of AI-enabled healthcare tools. Requirements 2+ years of industry experience after graduation. Strong experience with Node.js , Express.js , and building RESTful APIs. Proficient in React.js and TypeScript for building modern web applications. Solid understanding of full software development life cycle and scalable system design. Passionate about crafting beautiful, performant, and user-friendly web experiences. Comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out in fast-moving environments. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Bonus: Experience working with AI/ML-powered applications. Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR). Experience in startups or fast-paced environments. Understanding of US healthcare workflows. Why Join Us?
