Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer (Node.js with Microservices) to join our on-site team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js
• Architect and implement microservices-based systems with modularity and scalability in mind
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints
• Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and scalability
• Work with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.)
• Implement security best practices and data protection protocols
• Collaborate with frontend developers, mobile app teams, and product managers
• Handle deployment, monitoring, and debugging in production environments
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and mentoring junior developers

Required Skills

• 8–12 years of backend development experience with expertise in Node.js
• Proven hands-on experience in building and deploying microservices architectures
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and asynchronous programming
• Deep understanding of API design, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and data security
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) and caching strategies
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Firebase)
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• Knowledge of serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Firebase Functions)
• Experience with DevOps practices and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
• Prior experience leading backend teams or managing distributed systems
