Job Title: Stock Manager (Yarn/Fabric Industry)

Location: Panipat

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Required: 1 – 1.5 years

Salary Package: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Stock Manager to handle inventory

operations in the yarn or fabric industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining

accurate stock records, ensuring timely availability of materials, and coordinating with the

production and procurement teams to streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and monitor daily stock levels of yarn/fabric.

● Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials.

● Coordinate with the production and purchase departments to ensure timely supply.

● Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.

● Implement proper storage methods to minimize damage or wastage.

● Generate daily/weekly/monthly stock reports for management review.

● Supervise material handling staff and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Knowledge

● 1 - 1.5 years of experience in stock/inventory management (preferably in the yarn or

fabric industry).

● Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and stock reconciliation.

● Proficiency in MS Excel / inventory management software.

● Strong organizational and analytical skills.

● Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

● Graduate in any discipline (preferred: commerce, supply chain, or related field).

● Relevant industry experience is a must.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
