About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented BCA Fresher with a strong understanding of

backend programming languages (C++, Java). The candidate will be part of our technical

team, working on server-side logic, database management, and ensuring high performance

of applications. This role is ideal for candidates who want to kickstart their career in backend

development.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented backend code using C++/Java.
• Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of server-side applications.
• Work closely with senior developers to learn industry best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues to ensure smooth application performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with

server-side logic.

• Maintain proper documentation of code and processes.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of C++ and Java programming languages.
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts.
• Familiarity with database management (SQL/NoSQL) is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) or equivalent.
• Good academic record with projects or internships in backend development

preferred.
