We are looking for a Senior Django/Backend Developer to join our core engineering team and help scale our flagship platform Trakkia. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Django and Django REST Framework. Work with PostgreSQL for efficient and optimized data modeling and querying. Write scalable APIs and integrate them with ReactJS frontends and third-party services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Frontend, QA, Product) to build end-to-end features. Design and manage schema migrations, performance tuning, and data integrity. Troubleshoot bugs, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Implement robust data models and ensure data integrity across all customer and asset workflows. Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices, code reviews, and testing. Own the performance, security, and maintainability of the backend systems. Work with DevOps teams to manage deployments, environments, and CI/CD pipelines (AWS preferred).
