Job Title: Backend Developer (Python + FastAPI) Job Type: Full-time On-site (no remote or contract roles) Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate joining preferred About Aaro7 : Aaro7 is a fintech platform focused on solving cash flow problems for MSMEs in India. We offer payroll financing, short-term credit, and real-time underwriting for small businesses to ensure timely salary disbursals and compliance payments. Our technology helps bridge working capital gaps in industries like staffing, automobile, and logistics through intelligent credit products. Job Summary : We are looking to immediately hire a skilled Backend Developer who can design, build, and maintain our borrower and lender dashboards using Python and FastAPI. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS), API development, and deployment of scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python and FastAPI - Integrate backend services with AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) - Deploy backend systems on AWS EC2 instances - Build and manage scalable database models and queries - Collaborate with frontend developers for API integration - Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code - Set up environment configurations and manage code repositories (Git) Requirements: - 2-5 years of experience in Python backend development - Strong proficiency in FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL - Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, IAM) - Understanding of REST API design and documentation standards - Familiarity with Git and CI/CD processes - Ability to work independently and take ownership of backend logic and deployment - Bonus: Experience with S3, cron jobs, or microservices architecture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Location Type: In-person Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have experience in all the skills as per the JD?
