Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. You will play a key role in building robust, high-performance systems that support business-critical applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to system architecture, technical roadmaps, and key engineering decisions. Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. You will refactor and optimize existing systems to improve scalability, reliability, and performance, as well as design and maintain bulk data processing pipelines. The position also requires hands-on experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, along with a solid understanding of software architecture principles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex backend issues, monitoring system health, and ensuring smooth operation of backend services. Staying up to date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends is essential.
