Backend Developer – Full Stack API & AWS Specialist

We're Hiring: Senior Backend Developer

Type: Full-Time | Remote / On-Site

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month (Based on experience)

We’re looking for a seasoned Backend Developer who’s not just good—but exceptional. Someone who understands the full lifecycle of backend development: from building scalable APIs to deploying production-ready apps on AWS. If you thrive in ownership, love clean code, and know how to scale applications confidently—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Architect and implement secure, scalable backend systems.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, server environments, and automated deployments.
• Optimize APIs and databases for performance and reliability.
• Handle third-party integrations, webhooks, cron jobs, and real-time data sync.
• Write clean, documented, and testable code.
• Work collaboratively with the frontend, DevOps, and product teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of solid backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js/Express, Python/Django, or similar backend frameworks.
• Strong AWS experience – EC2, S3, RDS, Route 53, IAM, CloudWatch, etc.
• Hands-on experience with database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, and API security.
• Comfortable with Docker, Git, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with PM2, NGINX, and production monitoring tools.
• Bonus: Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or microservices.
