The Opportunity:

You will build the engine that powers WORSO. Your code will handle the money (Commission splits), the learning (Course progress), and the operations (Inventory logic). We need someone who writes clean, testable, and secure code.

Key Responsibilities:

• API Development: Build robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js and NestJS.
• Business Logic: Implement complex backend workflows:
• Commission Engine: Automatically calculate and split payments between WORSO and Partners via Stripe Connect etc.
• Inventory Management: Logic to track stock levels across warehouses and trigger alerts.
• LMS Backend: Manage student progress tracking, quiz scoring logic, and certificate generation (PDF generation libraries).
• Integrations: Connect third-party services: WhatsApp API, Email (SendGrid), and Payment Gateways.

Technical Requirements:

• Core: Expert proficiency in Node.js and the NestJS framework.
• Database: Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs like Prisma or TypeORM.
• Real-time: Experience building WebSocket servers for chat and live notifications.
• Testing: Strong culture of writing Unit and Integration tests (Jest/Supertest).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with "Queue" systems (BullMQ/RabbitMQ) for handling background jobs (e.g., generating 1,000 certificates at once).
