Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js

Design, build, and implement RESTful APIs

Architect applications with varying levels of complexity

Perform performance testing, debugging, and documentation

Work with databases and optimize data flow

Collaborate with teams to integrate frontend and backend components

Utilize open-source code and tools for development

Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) practices

Use scripting languages like Node.js, Python, or Unix Shell

(Preferred) Apply LLMs to improve coding efficiency

(Bonus) Experience with API gateways, OAuth, queues, CI pipelines, and debugging tools

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of professional experience

Strong proficiency in Node.js (mandatory)

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

Understanding of Unix/Linux environment and networking concepts

Familiarity with full-stack technologies (MEAN/MERN) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to find solutions independently and learn quickly
