Back office team leader

Role Overview: You will supervise and lead the back-office team to ensure efficient operations. You will coordinate with other departments to support overall business functions and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures will also be a key responsibility. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, training and onboarding new team members, managing documentation and data entry processes, identifying and resolving operational issues promptly, preparing reports and performance metrics for management, and supporting process improvement initiatives are all part of your role.
