Job Description

Qualification: Any BE Graduate, Technical Diploma.

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 Year of Experience

Preference :- Female Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities :-

New inquiry searching.
Making calls to dealers & customers.
Quotation &verbal communication with customer.
To make indents and Quotations.
To handle walk in customers.
Production and dispatch follow up.
Handle customers Complaints about short supply & dispatches.
Payment follow up with dealers & customers & inform to accounts.
Inquiry follow up & finalize the orders.
Sales improvement & achieve the company goals.
Ensure there are no pending quotation / indent formation.
Checking mails daily. Check what app / text massages for any new requirements.
Ensure all quotation to be sent to customer on the same day with correct pricing and specification. All quotation / indents should be properly given to respective person / department.
Inter department coordination should be done until material is dispatched after order finalization. follow up on each quotation should be done daily.
Updating indent status on google sheet/ERP. Uploading all the quotations and indent on google drive
Working on ERP
