Our mission is to simplify complex financial processes and deliver reliable support to our customers. 📌 Job Responsibilities💻 Computer-Based Operations Data entry, record maintenance, and digital documentation using MS Office and other financial software Managing spreadsheets, reports, and client databases efficiently 📂 Finance File Management Organizing and maintaining financial records, invoices, and client documentation Assisting in preparation of financial reports and summaries for internal use 📧 Email Communication Drafting and responding to professional emails with clients, banks, and internal teams Managing inbox, follow-ups, and timely correspondence 📞 Customer Coordination Connecting with clients via phone/email for document collection, updates, and support Ensuring smooth communication between clients and consultants 🗂️ Administrative Support Assisting senior consultants with documentation and scheduling Coordinating with banks and financial institutions for client-related queries 🎓 Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field (preferred) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email platforms Basic understanding of banking and financial processes Good communication skills in English and Hindi Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Prior experience in back office or finance-related roles is a plus 🕒 Working Hours Full-time | Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM 📍 Location Indore, Madhya Pradesh
