We are seeking a dedicated Back Office professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational functions of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient processes in the back office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily back office operations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in all transactions
  • Assist in data entry and management of records
  • Provide support to front office staff as needed
  • Generate reports and analyze data to track performance
  • Coordinate with different departments to streamline processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in back office operations or related field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with data entry software and database management
