Back Office Intern

We are looking for a Back Office Intern who is eager to start their career in administration and operations. The intern will assist the team in day-to-day back-office activities, documentation, and coordination work. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing office documentation and data entry.
• Support in preparing quotations, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with teams for daily operational tasks.
• Help maintain records, files, and office inventory.
• Assist in client coordination and follow-ups as required.
• Perform general administrative and support activities.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate Completed
• Experience: Fresher – eager to learn administrative and coordination tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month
