About the Role

Back Office Executive

This is a night shift role aligned with US working hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports accurately and on time.
• Manage and organize

  clinical inboxes

  efficiently to support healthcare operations.
• Work extensively on

  MS Excel

  for data analysis, reporting, and tracking.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational data at all times.
• Adhere to process guidelines and performance standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in back-office operations (Healthcare preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting tools).
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Flexible and comfortable working in

  night shifts

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
