Back Office Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial, mutual fund, and insurance transactions. Additionally, you will manage and organize client documents systematically, record comprehensive client details using MS Office tools, and facilitate the seamless onboarding process for new clients. Your role will also involve corresponding with clients through emails and other communication channels, crafting professional and informative PowerPoint presentations, and ensuring effective communication channels within the organization. Proactively following up with clients to maintain strong relationships and promptly address concerns will also be a part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree required - Experience: 1 year of total work experience preferred - Language: Proficiency in English required, Hindi language skills preferred Please note: The work location is in Sambalpur, Odisha, and willingness to travel up to 25% is preferred.,
