Back Office Executive

R. S. Automation is looking for MALE Candidates who are willing to work as Back Office Assistant fresher or experienced and have good communication skill and co-ordination capabilities.

Qualification required.

1. BA/B. Com./BBA/ Any Graduate/12th-10th Pass

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Order/ Quotation/ Delivery Punching in SAP B1 ERP system.

2. Service calls for material replacement in SAP B1 ERP.

3. Customer Communications for Payments Follow up/ Other terms.

4. Co Ordination with Sales Employees/ Transport services for dispatch/ Account Dept.

5. Stock Verification and Material handling for dispatch.
