Job Description

Job Title: Back Office Executive Job Summary: We're seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Back Office Executive to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of AI tools, excellent computer skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team 2. Manage data entry, documentation, and record-keeping 3. Utilize AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations 5. Handle communication with clients/stakeholders (phone, email, etc.) 6. Perform tasks assigned by management Requirements: 1. Knowledge of AI tools and software 2. Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.) 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 5. Strong organizational and time management skills 6. Attention to detail and accuracy Nice to Have: 1. Experience in back office operations 2. Familiarity with CRM software 3.
