Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic female candidates for the role of Back Office Executive at our Velachery branch. The candidate will be responsible for Excel maintenance, interview scheduling, and general coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update candidate data using Excel
Schedule and coordinate interviews for internal and external candidates
Regular follow-ups via phone, email, or WhatsApp
Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and reports
Provide daily support to the HR and operations team
Organize and file administrative documents
Desired Candidate Profile:
Only Female Candidates
Educational Qualification:
B.Com / BBA / B.Sc (Chemistry& Physics ) / Any Non-Engineering graduate
Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel
Good communication and coordination abilities
Organized, punctual, and willing to learn
Candidates residing in or near Velachery preferred
Immediate joiners will be given priority
