Job Title: Back Office Executive – US Shift

Location: Kochi – Infopark
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our US-based operations. The role includes documentation, reporting, data entry, and maintaining internal records. Candidates must be comfortable working in the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain documents and reports.
• Perform accurate data entry and manage internal databases.
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company standards.
• Handle additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate (freshers can apply).
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in US night shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
