Job Requisites:
Graduates in any discipline, freshers are welcome.Multi-tasking ability and time management skills.Excellent organizational skills and self-initiative attitude.Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English.Proficiency with web applications and MS Office software.Ability to work as part of a team and willingness to learn on job.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Providing effective administrative support.2. Tracking events, exhibitions, seminars etc.3. Handling procurement inquiries and reports.4. Assiting with filing brand/trademark registration.5. Actively engaging with external/govt. agencies for the above.6. Tracking, recording & summarizing email/whatsapp communications.7. Organizing presentations and events, assisting with logistics activities.8. Prepare MIS analysis reports, logistic sheets, presentations, documentation.9. Conducting product research, liaising with potential vendors/external agencies.
