Job Description

About Us:
Nanak Shipping Pvt Ltd is a merchant navy company providing a wide range of maritime services including ship management, vessel audits, inspections, and crew training.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day back office operations and documentation.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Assist in preparing reports, letters, and correspondence.
Manage email communication and follow-ups.
Support management in administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Prior experience in shipping/maritime industry preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
