Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update marketing content such as brochures, data sheets, case studies, and presentations.
Assist in content writing for blogs, newsletters, and website updates.
Support social media management by posting content and monitoring engagement.
Handle website updation in coordination with IT/marketing team.
Support sales team in order booking, quotation/offer preparation, and follow-ups using SAP.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, leads, and marketing data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of marketing activities.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and business writing skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Order Booking Module).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

1–3 years in marketing back-office support, content writing, or digital marketing.
Knowledge of basic SEO, WordPress/website CMS, and marketing automation tools.
Prior experience in preparing sales offers and data sheets will be an advantage.
