Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of vehicle stocks, parts, and accessories, and report discrepancies or shortages to the relevant departments. Update and maintain records for sales, inventory, and service data. Generate and present MIS reports on performance metrics (sales, stock levels, service). Handle the documentation process for vehicle sales, warranty claims, servicing, and parts orders. Maintain digital and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of essential documents. Assist in processing customer orders, deliveries, and ensuring stock availability. Must be knowledge about vehicle insurance & billing. Communicate with third-party vendors, suppliers, and dealerships for data related to inventory, deliveries, and procurement. Communicate & build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups, after-sales service, and satisfaction surveys. Basic Excel knowledge mandatory
