Job Summary

We are looking for the Female Back office Executive and, The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring efficient back-end processes to support the field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into MIS systems.
• Maintain and update customer records and loan documentation.
• Assist in the processing of loan applications, disbursements, and collections data.
• Coordinate with field officers for timely data submission and report discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
• Manage filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring documents are organized and retrievable.
• Handle back-office communications such as emails and follow-ups.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Support the audit team by providing necessary documentation and reports.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the microfinance or NGO sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and loan management processes is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualities

• Prior experience working in a non-profit or microfinance institution.
• Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
