Job Summary The Back Office Executive will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization. The role involves data entry, maintaining records, coordinating with field staff, and ensuring efficient back-end processes to support the field operations. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry into MIS systems. Maintain and update customer records and loan documentation. Assist in the processing of loan applications, disbursements, and collections data. Coordinate with field officers for timely data submission and report discrepancies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Manage filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring documents are organized and retrievable. Handle back-office communications such as emails and follow-ups. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Support the audit team by providing necessary documentation and reports. Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the management. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the microfinance or NGO sector. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of accounting and loan management processes is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills in Hindi and English (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualities Prior experience working in a non-profit or microfinance institution. Familiarity with financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
