Back Office Executive

• Data Management: Handling sensitive and confidential information, maintaining and updating company databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Report Preparation: Creating and submitting regular reports to management related to audits and inspections.
• Communication and Coordination: Facilitating communication between different departments, including audit teams, & compliance teams.
• Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulatory requirements for audits and inspections.
• Audit Support: Providing support to audit teams, including gathering information, preparing documents, and coordinating with auditees.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Good communication skills: Verbal, for interacting with various Clients or Auditors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in data entry, report preparation, and other tasks.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive data related to audits and inspections.
• Experience in a back-office or administrative role: Preferably in a company dealing with audits, inspections, or related services.
• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements: Beneficial for understanding the context of audits and inspections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
