Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative operations, support cross-departmental activities, and help ensure smooth day-to-day workflow within the organization. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate data entry, records, and file documentation.
• Update and organize company databases, reports, and office materials.
• Support management in routine administrative and operational tasks.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents.
• Handle daily correspondence such as emails, calls, and office communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of internal processes to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Qualification: Open to candidates from any educational background.
Experience: 0 – 3 years (Freshers are welcome).

Essential Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills (English preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional attitude with a positive and proactive approach.
