We are seeking a Back Office Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will support the operational functions of the organization, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing documentation, data entry, and communication between departments.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain back office operations to support front office functions.
Process and verify documentation and data entry accurately and timely.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain and organize files and records, both electronically and physically.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience with database management and data entry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
