Job Description

1) Back Office Executive – Responsibilities Operational Support Manage day-to-day back-office functioning. Prepare and maintain MIS reports. Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. Manage customer queries received through calls, emails, and walk-ins. Business Coordination Assist management in daily operations. Maintain follow-up sheets, meeting notes, and task trackers. Support store operations and coordinate requirements between departments. Skill Requirements Strong command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work independently. 2) Correspondence & Accounting Follow-up Executive – Responsibilities Accounting Coordination Follow-up on payments with parties. Vendor and customer ledger reconciliation. Coordination with the CA for accounting compliance. Taxation Knowledge Knowledge of GST, including documentation, filing support, and reconciliation. Understanding of TDS, deduction tracking, and basic compliance follow-ups. Correspondence & Communication Draft emails, prepare official letters, and handle business communication. Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on outstanding payments. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and company departments. Skill Requirements Strong understanding of GST & TDS basics. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to handle pressure and maintain accuracy in accounting follow-ups. What We Expect From the Candidate A minimum of 2–5 years of relevant experience in back office or accounting support. High level of sincerity, commitment, and ownership towards work.
