AK International – Focal Naim India is hiring a Back Office Executive for our Lower Parel, Mumbai office. The role involves managing administrative, documentation, and coordination tasks to support the sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry, documentation, and record management.
  • Assist the sales and accounts teams with quotations, invoices, and order processing.
  • Coordinate with dealers, clients, and internal departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory and stock-related reports.
  • Manage email communication, follow-ups, and scheduling.
  • Support daily office administration and filing work.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in back office, admin, or coordination roles preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Education: Minimum HSC or Graduate.
