Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee, located in Surat. The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling back office operations, supporting the finance and sales teams, and providing customer service. The daily tasks include data entry, managing records, processing transactions, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to support overall business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Finance and Sales
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
