Back Office Cum Accounts Executive

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to manage accounts, inventory, and order operations, while ensuring seamless communication with customers and partners. This role demands efficiency with Tally Prime, strong organisational skills, and the ability to balance backend tasks with front-end customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Accounts & Ledger Management Maintain and update sales and purchase ledgers in Tally Prime. Ensure accuracy in accounting records, invoices, and reconciliations. Assist in preparing financial summaries and reports for management. Inventory & Order Management Track stock levels and update inventory records. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely restocking. Manage customer orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Customer Delight & Communication Address customer queries via mail, WhatsApp, and calls with professionalism and empathy. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions. Handle B2B client communication and calling to maintain relationships and resolve issues. Skills & Qualifications Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration (preferred). Hands-on experience with Tally Prime (mandatory). Knowledge of accounting principles and inventory management. Good communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure with accuracy.
