Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Female - Back Office Coordinator to join our team in Sector 83, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain and process client documentation, including KYC, account opening forms, and nomination forms.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Sales teams for timely data entry and follow-ups.
Update and manage CRM systems, Excel sheets, and other reporting tools.
Assist in transaction processing for mutual funds, insurance, and demat services.
Ensure compliance with SEBI/IRDA/AMFI regulations.
Prepare MIS reports and summaries for management.
Handle customer service backend tasks like updating details and resolving queries (non-voice).
Manage filing, scanning, and digital record keeping.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial operations/back office; freshers with good skills can apply.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and CRM usage.
Basic understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, SIP, Demat, etc.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Discipline and time management.
Trustworthiness and data confidentiality.
Team player attitude.

Office Timing: Monday to Saturday (9:30 to 6:00).
