Job Summary:

We are seeking a details-oriented back office assistant to handle administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
  • Perform data entry, prepare reports, and manage documentation.
  • Assist with invoices, delivery challans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely task completion.
  • provide administrative support to management and ensure data confidentiality.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail)
  • Good typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, Organizational, and multitasking skill.
  • problem-solving and team-oriented approach.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum :- 12th Pass / Graduate.
  • Experience :- 1 to 3 Years in Back office, Data entry

Employment Type:- Full Time.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Thoda English, Hindi, Marathi. (Preferred)
