Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a Back Office Executive:

Data Management: Recording and updating information, maintaining accurate records of transactions and other relevant data.
Transaction Processing: Handling tasks like invoicing, receipts, and payments.
Record Keeping: Maintaining both physical and digital files, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
Coordination: Working with other departments to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Reporting: Generating reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings to management.
Compliance: Ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and regulations.
Customer Support: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing necessary information.
Project Support: Assisting with project-related tasks, such as order processing and monitoring timelines.
