Zudu AI is transforming global call centres with advanced AI voice automation. We’re seeking a strong Backend Engineer skilled in Java (Spring Boot) and Python microservices to design and build scalable APIs, integrate real-time voice solutions (LiveKit, SIP), and deliver secure, high-performance systems on cloud platforms like Azure and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain robust backend services
Integrate real-time voice and telephony solutions
Optimize performance, reliability, and security at scale
Collaborate with AI, product, and DevOps teams

Requirements:

3+ years’ hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and Python
Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade APIs
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud (Azure/AWS)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
