Back End Developer

Role Overview:

Backend Developer with 6 month to 1 year of professional experience

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend 

development principles, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, as 

well as experience with MongoDB. If you are passionate about technology and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we want to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java and SpringBoot.
• Design and implement database schemas and queries in MongoDB.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements 
• with server-side logic.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve development processes and tools. 

Requirements:

• Min 6month to 1 year of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot and experience with MongoDB.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of fundamental backend development concepts and best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and work flexibly.
• Passionate about learning new technologies and improving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional technologies or frameworks relevant to frontend development. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
