Job Description

6-7+ years of experience in P&C Insurance, Claims handling process.Determine operational objectives by understanding the business function, scope of the product or request. change required, deliverables and outcome expected by closely working with the business and operation stakeholders.Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specificationsDefine project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budgetDiscover new opportunities to deliver deep and actionable business insights to key stakeholdersPrepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trendsClosely work with Business, Underwriter, Finance and Actuarial department to define data requirements, map data elements across systems and define output expected.Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documentsCoordinate with different departmental teams to produce better business outcomesSupport testing on system changes made to ensure its as per requirements provided.Convert roadmap features into smaller user storiesCommunicate to validate requirements and seek approval from relevant stakeholders
